In 1931 this area suffered an earthquake and subsequent fire that destroyed much of the downtown area of Napier. It was rebuilt in the Art Deco style and today is the city with the largest concentration of Art Deco buildings in the world.
During this small, intimate group tour you will cruise the world-famous Art Deco City before heading up to Bluff Hill Lookout for an expansive view of the bustling port which was a strategic lookout in WWII.
